Title Notice on Lati A/S policy

Notice on Lati A/S policy



Only those who purchased Lati dolls at Lati official website or official dealers can request Lati official A/S.


When you receive your doll, please check its condition and if you find any issue, please contact us immediately.

If it’s more than 3 weeks after its receipt, it could be paid A/S.
If you have any A/S inquiries, please leave a message on Lati website board or e-mail us (doll_lati@naver.com).
When you request A/S, please let us know its details (detailed explanation on the issue, photos of your doll and certificate, and where you purchased the doll).



1.Cases not subject to A/S
Please understand that cause Lati dolls are hand-crafted products, there could be slight difference in the process of manufacturing.
The following cases are not subject to Lati A/S.
-Counterfeit dolls purchased from somewhere else besides Lati website or Lati official dealers
-Inquiries without the photo of the doll’s certificate
-Tiny sanding or marbling mark on the top or cap part of the head, not on the front side of the head.
Little marbling or sanding mark on the body part: strong color skin (brown tan, tan, dark gray skin, etc.) can have slight marbling. The marbling mark not on the front side (make-up) of the head is not subject to A/S.

For customers’ convenience, we do sanding work to remove parting-line before delivery.
Cause all make-up are hand-made, there could be difference among the dolls. And please understand due to the different display (computer monitor or mobile phone), the doll’s actual color could be slightly different from what you see on your computer or phone.



2.Free A/S warranty period
When you get your doll, please check its condition and if you find any issue, please contact us right away. If it’s more than 3 weeks old from the point of its receipt (according to its delivery tracking record), it could be the subject to paid A/S.



3.A/S cost
For the issue raised within 3 weeks after its delivery completion, replacement or free-of-charge A/S is offered.
For any damage caused by customer (e.g. damage due to drop), we’ll discuss how to proceed with its paid A/S process. Please leave a message on our website board or e-mail us.



4.Storage advice
Due to coating (part of make-up process), all the Ball-Jointed Dolls (BJD) are weak on sun light, humidity and high temperature. Please keep your doll in a sealed box with (desiccant) silica-gel except that when you play the doll.



We’ll do our best to provide the best quality dolls.
